Hi,
I am trying to create Em on the new box,10g portal has been installed and the db home is in the infra home but when creating the Em it picks up the wrong home as shown below.
C:\>set ORACLE_HOME=f:\OraHome\infra
C:\>set ORACLE_SID=test1
emca -config create
C:\>emca -config create

Try the below,
Set your ORACLE HOME(f:\OraHome\infra\bin)in windows environment variables path as a first env variable and then try it. It should be prior to F:\OraHome\portal Home.
My Computer -> System Properties -> Advanced -> Environment Variables -> path
