Subject: Querying with CONTAINS is giving error
Author: Manukumar MR, India
Date: Mar 14, 2017, 12:11, 158 days ago
Os info: Windows 7
Oracle info: 11.2.0.3
Error info: ORA-29902: error in executing ODCIIndexStart() routine
ORA-20000: Oracle Text error:
DRG-50857: oracle error in get functional cache size
ORA-06550: line 1, column 27:
PLS-00302: component 'GET_FUNCTIONAL_CACHE_SIZE' must be declared
ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored
Message: I have created the index with below code
CREATE INDEX CREATE INDEX "MTCSTR"."IDX_ORATXT_DOC_ATRBS" ON "MTCSTR"."MS_DMS_DOC_ATTRIB" ("ORATXT_IDX")
INDEXTYPE IS "CTXSYS"."CONTEXT" PARAMETERS ('datastore DMS_DATASTORE_MULTICOLUMN_5 section group DMS_ORATX_SEC_GRP_5 STORAGE DMSORATXTDOCATRBS
LEXER DMS_SEARCH_LEXER
STOPLIST CTXSYS.EMPTY_STOPLIST
SYNC (ON COMMIT)
TRANSACTIONAL');

But index creation was unsuccessful and domain index status was showing 'Failed' for this index
select * from DBA_INDEXES where DOMIDX_OPSTATUS='FAILED';

After rebuilding the index, domain index status changed to 'Valid'.

But some error is generating when I did text index search using below query,

SELECT * FROM MS_DMS_DOC_ATTRIB WHERE contains (ORATXT_IDX, '%CONFIDENTIAL%') > 0 ;

Please suggest me how to fix this error.
