You should go to the frame (highest level) where your fields are. There you have to edit the format trigger and return FALSE when your report had only 1 pages, TRUE in the others situations.

something like this:

begin
if Total_Pages=1 then
return(false);
else
return (true);
end if;
end;

To obtain Total_Pages variable you can do this:
------
(from Metalink:)
Please note the following steps:

1. Create or add a new item in the Layout Report.
2. Select the Property Palette option of that item.
3. Change the following properties:

Source: Page Number
Source Data Type: Number

4. Edit the property 'Format Trigger' with the code:
function F_1FormatTrigger return boolean is
Total_Pages NUMBER;
begin
SRW.GET_PAGE_NUM(Total_Pages);
return (TRUE);
end;

5. To hide the item from the report, change property 'Visible' to NO.

These steps will captured the total number of pages of the particular
report in an item.
-----

I hope this helps you.

Best regards,
Luis
