ORA-31626 tips Question: I just ran an import (impdp on Oracle 10g r2) and I'm getting the error "ORA-31626: Job does not exist". and a bunch of other errors: ORA-31626: job does not exist ORA-00942: table or view does not exist ORA-00942: table or view does not exist ORA-00942: table or view does not exist What is the cause of the ORA-31626: Job does not exist error? I'm not scheduling and jobs! Answer: This ORA-31626 error may be a bug. See MOSC note 549781.1 for details. Also see DBA_DATAPUMP_JOBS Tips for finding aborted import jobs. Here are details on the ORA-31626 error and I agree, it makes to sense to see a ORA-31626 error when running impdp: ORA-31626: Job does not exist Cause: An invalid reference to a job which is no longer executing, is not executing on the instance where the operation was attempted, or that does not have a valid Master Table. Refer to any following error messages for clarification. Action: Start a new job, or attach to an existing job that has a valid Master Table
