Level is received from different table
and
Count and sum is received from different table.

How to write query to find out the data in single query

Message: Hello Rupali,

"help us to help you"...

we see what is probably a header with five names and what looks like2 times three lines of data (but not even knowing how to match the data and the header as the it seems that the data contains only 3 columns...

So how can we guess what you mean and how can we guess what you need?
Maybe you can provide a small test case, with a few small tables and an explanation of what you mean by "level is received from a different table" and what is "count" and "sum" received also from another table...

and when you present data, think at typing
before, and
after so that we can see the alignment (example:
LEVEL1 LEVEL2 LEVEL3 COUNT SUM

Yoko 3 400
