Message: There is a little bit of a learning curve and it will take a little tweaking for it to produce the information you want but I find that Oracle's RDA does a really good job giving you any and all information you might want. I generally limit it to my database only but it can tell you information about SOOOO MANY different Oracle components / applications / software.

You can check out the different lists of components.
Remote Diagnostic Agent (RDA) - Content Modules Man Page (Doc ID 330760.1)

The ones I normally use are:
DB Controls Oracle RDBMS Data Collection
DBA Collects Oracle RDBMS Information
DBC Collects Database Control Information
DBM Collects Oracle RDBMS Memory Information
DBPGA Collects Oracle RDBMS Process Global Area Memory Information

They also provide different PROFILES that allow combine modules already.

Remote Diagnostic Agent (RDA) - Profile Manual Pages (Doc ID 391983.1)

Profile - DB11g
Profile DB11g - Oracle Database 11g problems
MODULES
The DB11g profile uses the following modules:
DB:DCdb Controls Oracle RDBMS Data Collection
DB:DCdba Collects Oracle RDBMS Information
DB:DCdbm Collects Oracle RDBMS Memory Information
DB:DCdnfs Collects Direct NFS Information
DB:DClog Collects Oracle Database Trace and Log Files
DB:DCsp Collects SQL*Plus/iSQL*Plus Information
EM:DCagt Collects Enterprise Manager Agent Information
EM:DCdbc Collects Database Control Information
EM:DCgrid Controls Grid Control Data Collection
OS:DCinst Collects the Oracle Installation Information
OS:DCnet Collects Network Information
OS:DConet Collects Oracle Net Information
OS:DCos Collects the Operating System Information
OS:DCperf Collects Performance Information
OS:DCprof Collects the User Profile

The getting start note for RDA is Remote Diagnostic Agent (RDA) - Getting Started (Doc ID 314422.1)

When I execute it I generally use the perl version with the command line.

./rda.pl -SNfCR DB DBA DBC DBM DBPGA

It creates nice htm pages that I can then review.

Regards
Tim
