Os info: oracle linux 7
Oracle info: 12.2 SE2 - RAC
Message: Hi,
I restored a backup of a non-rac database into my rac cluster.
Now I would like to convert this single instance to rac (there is not a lot to do as everything is already in ASM, so just new undo tbs, new redo, new instance).
According to documentation, the way to do is to create a template from non-rac db. Problem: it copies all datafiles (3 Tb in my case). So is there a way to convert it to rac using dbca without duplicating data?

How? Any tuto/video?

Thanks.
