Message: Hi Srijesh,

A long time ago I had a daily export and it was aborted by a reboot.
From then on the database was SLOW and I was lucky to find a drop table command to solve this:

Message: Impdp or expdp?

Check what the datapump workers are doing using the v$session and v$sql views.

select s.sid, s.module, s.state,
substr(s.event, 1, 21) as event,
s.seconds_in_wait as secs,
substr(sql.sql_text, 1, 30) as sql_text
from v$session s
join v$sql sql on sql.sql_id = s.sql_id
where s.module like 'Data Pump%'
order by s.module, s.sid;

For impdp, check the alert log, it's possible the recovery area or a tablespace is running out of space.
