Message: In a very high level view:

1. Install agent on the new server (if there is a new server)

* Navigate to Setup -> Add Target -> Add Targets Manually
** Do not user "Auto Discovery Results" (actually, disable auto discovery).
** As far as I know (PLEASE, if someone knows differently, enlighten me to my error) "Auto Discovery" is part of the "Lifecycle Management Pack"
* Choose "Install Agent on Host"
* Follow the assistant

2. Add Targets

* Navigate to Setup -> Add Target -> Add Targets Manually
* Choose "Add Using Guided Process"
* Select the type of Discovery you want (Oracle Database, Listener...)
* Choose the server
* etc.

Regards,
Jan
