Message: Hi,

I have on a single node oracle grid infra + oracle database (test purpose) (single node).
After reboot, I can see in htop that I have ~30 processes "$GRID_HOME/bin/ohasd.bin reboot" and ~30 processes "$GRID_HOME/bin/oraagent.bin".
~24Gb RAM (out of 64) are used by grid, before starting any database.
Is this normal????

Thanks

Message: Hi Alain,

are these actually processes, or are these threads?

htop can show you threads in the process view, which can be irritating and overwhelming.

Regards,
Jan
