Oracle info: oracle 11g r2
Message: i got error message when i try oracledbconsole from services.msc

error:windows could not start the oracledbconsoleorcl on local computer ,review system event log ,if this is a non-microsoft service contact the service vendor and refer to service-specific error code 2
