How to ignore someone who claim he is a DBA since more than 12 years and is still at level 0?
My questions are:
- Why do you continue in a way you are obviously not skilled for?
- Why do you continue to take the job of someone who deserves to get it?
I am interested in your answers. So kindly answer them.

Hi Balaji,
Technically Linux to Solaris is not different from Solaris to Linux.
But you need to mention this is unlikely to happen in practice:
Linux is more and more becoming the preferred platform.
