Os info: Windows Server 2K16
Oracle info: 19c
Error info: HCKE-0003, HCKE-0023, HCKE-0016
Message: Hi everybody,

I took the habit to run the hcheck.sql script provided by the Oracle Support, after migrating databases from 12c to 19c. On some of them, I had issues : orphan links mostly (HCKE-0023, HCKE-0016 (warnings), HCKE-0003). I raised a SR for that kind of problems and the SR Team gave me clues and solutions for all the problems encountered. So I can share these solutions with you in case you have the same problems :) as the MOS notes mentioned linked to these errors are not public ...
Regards,
Joel

You can describe the problems involved without mentioning Oracle Health Check script or MOS notes content but you can point us to relevant MOS notes giving their ids.

Message: Hi Michel,

The notes provided can't be read by people like you and me as they are not public. But I can help fixing the errors without mentionning the content of the notes :) Just by trying some tricks and running some queries.
Health Check Script can be freely downloaded and used (it's also an advice from Mike Dietrich).
Regards,
Joel
