Oracle info:	12.1.0.2.0
Message:	Hi, This query is based on AWR report analysis. Is there any something due to disk performance issue and SQL queries are impacted? Why I am asking is based on AWR report analysis, I found there is disk performance issue and there are long running queries under section SQL ordered by elapsed time. Could it be something that due to disk performance issue, queries are running longer. If so how to proceed further to fix this issue. This is Standalone Database. Regards, Balaji

Message:	Hi Balaji, May be you should notice high disk reads or high disk writes on some queries. May be you have fragmented tables too, and I think you should ask your system team to check for disk latency ? Regards, Joel

After 14 years as a "DBA" you ask the same basic questions. You showed you didn't even understand your questions and what you posted. Don't you think the answer to the second sentence is implied by the first one? Otherwise, what do you mean by "I found there is disk performance issue"? What did you find? What made you say there was a "disk performance issue"? This is what my post means! It was to make you think about what you posted and what you had to do. During all these years, I tried to make you think, I tried to involve you in your questions (like searching in and reading the documentation), I tried to improve you. But I have to admit I widely failed. As you said: "you deserve such reply", trying to help you is just a waste of time.
