Os info: Linux 7.5
Oracle info: Oracle 12.1.0.1
Message: Hi DBA Gurus,

While creating a database using dbca, I got this error but I somehow managed to create the database .
Now, When connecting to the database using sqlplus I get the same error. Kindly suggest to fix this issue. 

-bash-4.2$ sqlplus /nolog
