my understanding is that you don't have history figures...
Then you should put in place a script that will run daily -if this is the desired granularity- (or every N days, or ...) to store for example "check_date, con_id, tablespace, size".

Once you have some history you can create reports like you want and/or derive trends like mentioned by Tim/Michel (keep in mind that extrapolating is a "dangerous" technique)

The "script" can of course be a stored procedure, and the runs can be triggered via DBMS_SCHEDULER job.
