I'm currently rewriting McOptions (http://www.orafaq.com/forum/t/207891/) to support all environments and not only "On-Premise" ones and better support these later ones when on Engineered Systems (Oracle Database Appliance and Exadata) currently not fully supported.
This new version will also allow you to simulate the options you have to buy if you choose another configuration or, if you want to downgrade to a lower configuration, if this is possible and under which conditions.
As I have not access to all possible configurations and want to be sure to give accurate information, I ask for your help, please execute the following script (record it in a file and execute the file in SQL*Plus or other SQL client), for any version from 10gR2 to 21c+, and send me the spool file with a Private Message on OraFAQ (http://www.orafaq.com/forum/ this will hide your actual email address) or at orafaq@netcourrier.com

It does not matter if some queries return an error, it is even expected depending on the environment.
Note: you need the SELECT privileges on the queried views (v$version, gv$cell_state and dba_feature_usage_statistics) or the SELECT_CATALOG_ROLE role or the SELECT ANY DICTIONARY privilege.

I gave 2 ways:
- email me at orafaq@netcourrier.com
- connect on OraFAQ and use Private Messaging feature to send the files.
I see, in your post and OraFAQ PM, you can't do it with the later but can you send them directly?
The last option I see is to go to the OraFAQ topic
http://www.orafaq.com/forum/t/207891/
and put inside a post the content of the files (I will remove it as far as I can). You won't them not use the problematic POST method.
Your files will indeed be most useful for McOptions.
