Oracle info:	12.1.0.2.0
Message:	Hi, Developer reported slowness in application after DB migration from one server to another server. As a DBA,I have gathered fixed and dictionary objects in the DB and the issue got fixed. Could someone please let me know how fixed and dictionary objects in the DB is related to application slowness. This is on prod DB. This is standalone DB. Regards, Balaji
