I am refreshing non-production data with production data but the number of rows imported is less than the number of rows exported on a table.

What might be an issue here?

We can ignore the duplicate and use this thread.

I just found out that it is one of the customized scripts that we use that was causing issues.

It was the logic in the script that copied the old dump.
