Message:	Is there any way to allow only 2 old oracle clients (v12.2), to connect to server 19.18 with ALLOW_WEAK_CRYPTO_CLIENTS = FALSE on the server? Such as a white list or way to have the 2 old clients use some kind of proxy between, or any way at all? This db server is se2, on windows 2019.
