Oracle info: 19.19.0.0.0
Error info: Could not acquire cursor, all cursors are in use. Consider increasing the ODA Cursor Pool Size.

Developer keeps getting error: "AS0068E Could not acquire cursor, all cursors are in use. Consider increasing the ODA Cursor Pool Size"

Developer checks Tuxedo logs:

Checked database alert log, NO error like: ORA-01000: Maximum Open Cursors Exceeded"

I also A:increased "open_cursors" from 5000 to 10000, B: increased SGA/PGA size. C: Set cursor_invalidation=DEFERRED.

Looks like developer still get same error? any thoughts?
