Message Without more details comments, readme, I could never justify loading a package like this on any of my databases, especially not loaded in the sys schema.

Most packages designed to run as sys can be written to run in another schema, if given the appropriate rights, documenting what rights are needed can be a good documentation for what the program is capable of, and what risks might be involved in the usage of such a program.

How about a little more description of what features this has or show a demo site, or slide show of typical use of the program?
