Message I agree that some of you may not like installing this as user SYS, but this is how it originally has grown. As it exists now it is even required to install as SYS, because it uses X$ tables to list hidden parameters in the database.
I'll put in my todo list to create a (huge) list of grants that are required for the package, and probably some views as SYS for the X$ tables, but I cannot say when this will be completed. The todo list is still very long, and it is not the only of such projects I am working on.
Sample output can be obtained by following the link 'screenshots'. For the rest you will have to believe me that it only uses select statements, except for the temporary table it creates and uses.
